Media Director-To-Be (MDTB)
Fizz is seeking a true believer in community health and well-being, with senior-level experience in media planning and buying, including traditional, digital, and ethnic media. This MDTB must be able to be financially self-sustaining in the first 6 months of gradual on-boarding with the co-founders, as fizz seeks and acquires assignments requiring senior-level media expertise. More important, the MDTB should want to be an architect of the agency, building it according to a vision of agency and campaign effectiveness across a full spectrum of community health issues -- including economic, environmental, physical and mental health. In these realms, firm measures of effectiveness are extremely important, and the ideal MDTB should be a wizzard (or maybe "fizzard") with campaign performance data. Creativity, freshness in point of view, and a strong curiosity in human behavior and social change are very appropriate personal qualities for this and any position at fizz.
